How current is the policy data?

Plan stages, supply positions and register records are refreshed on a schedule and every page shows what was last checked. The data status page lists the state of each dataset.

Can I export or integrate the data?

Yes — exports and team access are part of the higher plans. See pricing for the current limits.

Do you promote land yourselves?

We do, on selected sites, under a separate promotion agreement with the landowner. The platform data is available regardless of whether you use that service.

Is the coverage England-only?

The constraint, plan, brownfield, Grey Belt and supply datasets cover England. The station directory and the Land Wanted board extend beyond England and are labelled where they do.
